شكل دهنده چشمي يا پروتز پيوند بيولوژيك پلك وسيله‌اي است كه معمولاً از پلاستيك تهيه شده و بطور موقت بين كره چشم و پلك چشم قرار مي‌گيرد تا فضاي حفره چشمي پر شود. در نتيجه از بسته شدن يا چسبيدن بافت‌ها به يكديگر در طول فرآيند درماني پس از جراحي جلوگيري مي‌كند. اين وسيله همچنين امكان قرارگيري بافت بيولوژيك را بر سطح چشم بدون نياز به بخيه فراهم مي‌كند.
